The London Cosmetic Clinic locates on the second floor. There is a lift and the toilet facility in the same floor. However, there is no ramp onsite for wheelchair access through the front entrance door doors, . We can offer consultations via FaceTime or Skype. For visually impaired patients, we offer the opportunity to have an escorted tour of the public areas of the practice to help to familiarise them with the layout of the building.

Booked a consultation during my lunch break (1-2pm), on arrival the waiting room was full which wasn't a good sign. After being there for 30mins I realised there was another patient who hadn't been seen yet and her appointment was scheduled for midday. I decided to wait as I had made the journey there, I was called in just before 2pm for a really short consultation which was no longer than 10 minutes where I was told exactly the same as what I was told by email so i think it's a bit cheeky to charge £50 for a consultation. Didn’t really feel safe. Went for my first appointment and first ever injections and had to sign that I had a consultation before even having one. Had to sign that I was aware of all the risks without anyone ever telling me. Then they make you pay and afterwards, when you’re in the chair the doctor quickly gives you a 2min introduction which can barely be called a consultation. Won’t come back. Results were okay but quickly wore off.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff assisted me from the first telephone call to following up after my Dermal Filler Dissolving.
Also the consultation was free and refundable if I didn’t want to go ahead, very reasonable as I don’t like pre paying for things.
Dr Johnson was lovely, assured me all the side effects and after care, also was on hand via whatsaap over the weekend as it was my lips and I am very self conscious.
Will be returning soon for a fresh filler appointment and other treatments which I discovered during my visit.

Visited the clinic for keloid removal surgery. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Dr Johnson explained the ins and out of the procedure and made me feel comfortable the entire time. For anyone looking the have a keloid removed I would highly recommend The London Cosmetic Clinic and DR Johnson.

I found this Clinic to have a wonderful calming atmosphere with caring and very competent staff. Doctor Johnson herself has years of experience in the procedures that she conducts and has a delicate touch so that you feel reassured in her hands. The Doctor is always careful to giver her patients a natural looking end result. I cannot recommend this Clinic enough. If you are concerned don’t be and definitely go for it. You will get the results you have always wanted!
