Jackman's Lodge
When you picture what life is like within a care home, what springs to mind? Is it the around-the-clock professional care? Or maybe the thought of a home from home without the worry of struggling with everyday activities? The truth is, our friendly care home in Surrey is all of that and more. We believe that life inside a residential care home should be a continuation of your life at home, made only easier with the support of our team.

We pride ourselves on our sense of community and consider each of our residents to be family. That's why here at our home we endeavour to ensure that each of our residents enjoys a happy and fulfilling stay with us - and to achieve this, we offer a safe and relaxing environment complete with personalised care, delicious, freshly-cooked food, excellent company and a wide variety of vibrant activities for them to enjoy.
Services
If you are looking for a senior care home near Woking, then Jackman's Lodge is the ideal place. Set near the charming village of St. John's, nestled down a beautiful tree-lined road, this is an idyllic, warm and welcoming family-run care home offering excellent care to every resident.

We consider ourselves to be a true family here and are proud to have a low staff turnover rate, meaning that the same familiar faces will continue to care for residents while truly getting to know them.We aim to provide a safe, homely environment that offers residents everything they need to relax and enjoy their days here with us.
We are pleased to offer both long term, residential and temporary respite care here at Jackman's lodge, with each of our residents becoming a welcomed part of our wonderful community no matter how short their visit might be. With a wide range of elderly care home services available, we have the type of care suited to your personal needs.
Caring for a loved one is incredibly rewarding, but it is also very physically and mentally demanding. Even though you're undoubtedly doing a great job, we all need a break from time to time and there is absolutely no shame in needing some time to yourself. Our elderly respite care services provide you with peace of mind knowing that your loved one is in safe hands.
It can be a daunting prospect, moving into a residential care home, but our team is here to make the transition as smooth as possible and help each of our residents continue to live life the way they want to. We are firm believers that moving into a care home should simply make the life you wish to live more accessible - just because you're joining us here at Jackman's Lodge, it doesn't mean you have to leave your previous life behind.
Our aim is to provide a homely, welcoming environment which our residents can truly relax in. There's no obligation of anybody to participate in any of our events or care home activities and we simply wish for each person living with us to treat Jackman's Lodge as home. We're here to help make the life they wish to live more accessible, not tell them how they should be living.

Jackman's Lodge is warm & welcoming & is a home from home for residents, relatives & staff alike. I love working here & consider all the residents & staff as family - working in healthcare is never "just a job", but it really isn't here 😍😍❤❤

I have worked in one of your care home in Stokefield, St John's Hill Road, in Woking. I think is one of the best of best I have ever worked and I regreted I left because of distance. However, your profile is very high well done for your awards from CQC amazing
