Visited this practice as an emergency needing a tooth extraction ( which my own dentist said they couldn't do) saw Laura who made me feel at ease and tooth was extracted with in 20 mins at half the price I was quoted from my own dental practice.. cannot praise this practice enough for there professionalism and caring attitude. Would definately advise and recommend this practice

I had an excellent consultation here in regards to potential treatment options. The dentist was patient and informative, explaining all the options to me in a thorough and detailed manner.
Also all the staff at the practice, including receptionists and nurses etc, were extremely warm and friendly people which I feel is very important.

On the positive and most important side, the consultation was excellent; it was detailed, well explained, not rushed or in any way pushy and made no promises about implant possibilities or potential cost. The head X ray was also taken with time, consideration and patience so the experience with the medical personnel could not be faulted.
One negative aspect was the half hour wait to be seen, I appreciate that it is inevitable that consultations or procedures over-run but a bit more information on the length of the delay would have helped; I had an hours parking and needed to know if I should go
