We are generalist Independent Financial Advisers with 27 years in Financial Services. On a professional and personal level I have always been involved in the property market, this has given me a considerable knowledge level which I am quite happy to pass onto clients. We look for solutions not obstacles and we do not charge upfront fees!
John's advice and attitude was top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. John was amazing we are in quite a unique position and so it is awkward getting a mortgage and John helped us find the right lender at a good rate, he kept us upto date throughout the process and it was very painless!.

Great people, no one would bother to do the work and after the first bump they just abandoned us, but John went over the extra mile and looked the full picture.. We not only got granted one mortgage but 2!!I couldn't recommend him more! If you struggle and there is a chance he will get you one! I will be back for my next mortgage in a few months, thanks!

We recently used John at Niven Financial to get a remortgage. We are self employed so found it difficult to get a mortgage elsewhere. Tried other brokers with no success. John was very patient with us and found us the right product which we were accepted for. Have already recommended John to self employed friends.
