They were really helpful at every stage in providing advice and created the most beautiful oversized voiles on a wave track for us. I went with a friend on Thursday 13th October to Bennett and Bowman at Mitchell's Sutton Coldfield.We were served by a very pleasant and helpful lady regarding rugs.
On Saturday 15th October I visited the shop again on behalf of my friend who had asked me to get a catalogue or the name of the rug catalogue.My friend does not have a car and wanted to browse the catalogue and then we were going to order a rug from Bennett and Bowman.
I was served by a gentleman who unfortunately misunderstood my request for a catalogue and assumed that I was going to order a rug on the internet! Even though I explaines

Shocking experience! Their 'highly recommended craftsmen', from Cofield Maintenance Ltd,a 'Locksmith', turned out to be a Gym friends husband with no work, who then proceeded to conduct an 11K panelling job to our Edwardian property, which now in the main needs ripping out!!! Funnily enough, Directors at B&B won't come around to look at it or talk to us. Court hearing is August! AVOID!!!!!
