After reading the great reviews , I contacted them in the morning time , on a Friday , as my central heating stopped working a few days before . I was told an engineer will be in touch soon. I was so pleasantly surprised when the engineer arrived at my house around noon and fixed the problem . He was so professionally and lovely . When I told him I’m surprised he came so fast he said they don’t like letting people in the cold especially over the weekend which tells you everything you need to know about the company . I can’t recommend them enough . Thank you so much !
