London Acupuncture Therapy
Acupuncture is a branch of traditional Chinese medicine. This complementary therapy is based upon a healthcare system that has been practised all across East Asia for thousands of years. During an acupuncture treatment, very fine needles are inserted into specific areas of the body. These needles are packaged in individual sterile packaging, used only once, and then discarded safely.

Normally, insertion of the needles involves no pain due to the fineness of the needle. Mark runs a low-cost acupuncture therapy clinic at a south London G.P surgery. Discounts may also be available when booking a course of treatments at the other clinics where he works. As well as being an effective treatment for specific conditions, acupuncture therapy can enhance general well-being.
Services
Mark currently runs a London acupuncture clinic at four separate locations in South & North London. Mark has worked at the Greenwich Natural Health Centre since 2012 alongside colleagues from many other disciplines, including osteopathy and counselling and sports massage. Working with other practitioners enables the team to refer clients onwards if they think their issues may better be addressed by treatment with another therapy.
London Massage Therapy providing therapeutic and deep tissue massage in clinics in Greenwich, Highgate, and Battersea. London Massage Therapy was set up by Mark in 2014 as a means to add further treatment options for his existing acupuncture therapy clients. Mark studied at the London College of Massage in central London.
The knee is the most complex joint in humans. It is also one of the joints that has to support our full body weight. Our bodies have several mechanisms to help support it, not least of which the muscle tone in the thighs which helps to keep all the intricate parts of this joint in place. Knee pain can result from many different causes.
Stress and anxiety and depression are issues that can affect many of us at different times in our lives. Those who tend towards anxiety tend to live in the future, constantly imagining desperate and unpleasant scenarios that might happen at some stage. Those who are prone to stress can be said to live too much in the present, feeling themselves constantly overwhelmed by events around them.
Mark's smoking cessation program involves four appointments. The initial appointment is ninety minutes long and entails a full traditional Chinese consultation followed by a treatment. With smoking cessation, however, the bulk of the work is done by you, the client, outside of the treatment room. Exercises and simple Qi Gong postures are prescribed to guide you through the journey.

I had a series of acupuncture treatments with Mark Kiely for my knees. Previously I had suffered from ongoing knee pain and weakness, but since the treatment, they have been fine! It's been a huge improvement! The acupuncture sessions themselves were also very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this service!

Had a massage with Mark Kiely to assist with stress and tension in my neck. It is a very relaxed environment and Mark is an absolute professional. He quickly assessed my symptoms and started my massage treatment, with a potential to move on to acupuncture if appropriate. I can recommend Mark's work 100%, he is a an absolute Gent and really knows his stuff. Looking forward to my next session, thanks again Mark....

As a Graphic Designer, I spend a long time sitting hunched over my computer and when I concentrate for long periods I find that I grip my mouse which causes a lot of pain across my shoulder, neck and down into my arms. Over the last few years, I have seen Mark for treatment which helps immensely. I normally see him every few months for acupuncture and sometimes a massage called gua sha. Both of these treatments really alleviate the pain that builds up in my body when I am working. I always leave the treatment room feeling relaxed and happy. I have seen other practitioners which were not able to
