I visited this shop with my computer that would not switch on, i was very stressed that i would loose documents and fail my final university paper due date. However, a friendly supportive man spoke about my options regarding fixing my computer and tried to calm my worrying. I left the shop whilst my computer was being looked at however the man contacted me regularly regarding each step he had tried. The following day i called back into the shop, unfortunately my computer was un repairable however the man had safely recoverd my work and upon discussion placed the work upon a new laptop for me along
