The company is owned and managed by Avril Spence, who first set up business in 2000. We provide advice to both Personal and Business clients. Our aim is to provide a quality client focused service. We are committed to providing professional advice in a relaxed environment. The business has been built on referrals and we take great pride, when our clients refer us to friends, family and work colleagues.
Avril first set up her own financial services business in 2000 and has experience in a variety of areas. She has extensive Mortgage experience, having even spent time assisting other advisers, to place more complex mortgage cases. She is also a protection specialist and is heavily involved in Trust work.
Your mortgage is probably the greatest financial commitment you will ever make and so getting the right advice is vitally important. Building a good relationship with a professional and experienced Adviser could save you thousands or even tens of thousands of pounds over the years. We promise that we will take time to fully understand your circumstances, find out about your intentions and goals, listen to your concerns and answer your questions.
Most people can benefit from regular re-mortgage advice. You should take advice about three to four months before the end of your current deal. We carry out a review of your current circumstances, taking on board any changes to income or expenditure and your objectives going forward. Is your mortgage adequately protected - against the death or ill health of the borrowers?.
Someone you know may have bought a property or properties, as an investment and this may be something you are also considering. If you want to become a Landlord and buy a property to rent out, you need a special Buy To Let Mortgage. In the same way as with a Residential mortgage, you can choose between Fixed and Tracker or Variable rates.

Avril and the team are second to none. Their attention to detail, approachability and diligence is outstanding. Avril took the reins on our rather difficult sale and purchase, and was a comforting shoulder when needed.
