At Seaham Windows, we design, fit and build everything for you from the foundations right up to the roof, ensuring your job is in safe hands from start to finish. All of our conservatories come in a variety of colours, sizes and shapes depending upon your personal preference and circumstances. Finishes include white, rosewood and golden oak.
The Seaham Windows Lightweight Roof System has been designed to be retro-fitted onto existing conservatories, converting your conservatory into a room that is usable all year round. We can also install the roof system as part of a new conservatory installation, giving you a stunning new room. For centuries slate roofing has been desired for its durability and beauty.

No good, everything a I asked for was an effort for them. Always saying you will have to go on a list for repairs, took nearly 1 year to come out an do repairs and then they were complaining. They said I will have to pay if I need repairs even though our FULL house window replacement was guaranteed for 10 years. He was saying things like the sealant is not in the gaureentee etc. Then his son said that my windows needed to be re sealed, I only got them put in 2 years ago, he said he charges £40a window to re seal!!!!. They owner was huffing and puffing constantly saying he should charge me. TERRIBLE
