Awful ....claimed work NOT done! Why not be honest and say you cant fix it?!Went in with an electrical fault...not diagnosed despite claims of diagnostic check and all was fine...next thing, phone call to say head needs to come off and valve seats checked. Stopped work, drove it to main dealer who diagnosed faulty coil pack instantly...cost me less to have checked and fixed than Wayside garage...despite OBVIOUS electrical issue....(When has a valve seat caused a fan to stay on)!!! Will not return calls, attended twice but mechanic not available...no refund offered...(never known anyone have so

Have dealt with Wayside on and off for 20 years, recently bought a car in Feb,had a couple of wear and tear issues. Immediate reply when contacted to bring in,loan car given,faults both times sorted under warranty ,no quibble, no hassle.(front discs,new key fob and just yesterday A/C.) All repaired within 24 hours,no arguments.
Would highly recommend Wayside.Friendly,v.helpful. Will be servicing and MOT'ing all my cars there in the future.

Wayside garage have looked after my cars for over 30 years and give a first class service, the staff are professional and friendly and nothing is too much trouble , I have also purchased several cars from Mr Bridewell and will continue to do so in the future, I would recommend this garage to any one looking for a top class service with out the Dealership labour charges.
