Should have come out to replace broken shutter slats.arrived but had wrong part ,which can happen .was told would reorder part and let me know when coming.contacted them a week later and was told someone coming but no show .next arranged time,no show either. contacted again and ignored.emailed to say I wasn't happy waiting in and nobody coming and as I have vulnerable customers I couldnt have the shutter on van just breaking .no one replied .poor customer service

They offer an excellent product which is far superior to a lot of the other products I've seen recently, when having other companies quote us, and even still, they're extremely competitive when it comes to pricing.
