If I could give more stars then I definitely would!
I was in a bit of a panic having no coffee machine only 5 days before my opening day! After a phone call with Garry, a machine was delivered and installed only 2 days later! What more can you ask for?
The engineers who came to install my machine were fabulous. Super quick and very knowledgeable and friendly....spent time showing me exactly how to work and care for my new toy!
Garry had mentioned his copper black coffee beans and I was hesitant to try as I loved the beans I was currently using...but, one flat white later and I was completely

Consistently great tasting coffee at Coias cafe and when I found myself setting up a cafe in Ayr I approached Copper Black. Gary couldn't have been more patient and helpful. Gary - nicer and more genuine guy you will struggle to find. His team - efficient, polite and very professional. Coffee - one of the best on the market, and we tried a lot in the decision making process. And it's locally roasted! Hot chocolate - sublime. The machine -… beautiful to look at, works effortlessly and is extremely easy to use and clean.
