Walked in on the 02/01/22 for an overall trim (shave and scissors) and was very disappointed. Unfortunately, I was served by a very young gentleman who clearly does not have the full barbers experience. The cut on top was not thought out or carefully done. I've been left with a haircut that will probably have to be rectified soon. I appreciate everyone must learn but, there should be an experienced hand to help guide.

It was clearly a busy first day after lock down and lots of people were booked in and waiting when I arrived. Its a small premises so unable to properly keep 2m distancing. Parking at St Giles was easy and just across the road (use the back door to exit) but cost me £4 to park.
The owner was very welcoming and there was some good banter between the staff. I waited about 40 mins after my appointment time to get started. The barber I was allocated to was a really nice guy, but for some reason he seemed to be going at a really very slow pace, oblivious to the queue of people building up. The cut

Sadly I will not be returning to this barbers any more, booked appointments over past couple of years and each time we're seen late. This last time was almost an hour late and very unacceptable not to be told this upon arrival (especially when have an appointment booked for child). The appointment was for my little boy and after half an hour we… were finally called forward, he had coverall put on etc and was sitting in chair, I went through what we wanted done, to then be told there was someone else in front of him and they removed his coverall etc. My little boy was very unhappy and upset

I booked in with Luis as a first time customer. He stayed out of regular business hours to accommodate my cut. I received an absolutely flawless cut with customer service that was second to none. The most Professional Haircut I have received in my life. The time and attention to detail is unmatched. Called in for the NHS staff discount (due to the current situation) and was seen to very quickly. Had to take a picture to show you the class. P.S the Hot Towel treatment following my trim was special.

Left Mr Neto's salon just a couple of hours ago and quite frankly - I think I have found my new hair place. This was my first ever 'barber' experience (having only gone to hairdressers prior to this) and boy was it an experience! Luis was patient with me, exceptionally attentive & careful. He took his time with moulding my cut into a sharp & polished look, which is rare to find these days.
He even made styling product recommendations based on the way I wanted to 'wear' the cut.
All in all, 10/10 experience & I am one satisfied customer. Will be returning for sure.

Gary the singing barber. Went here after a guy from where I was training for a new job recommended it. Needless to say it was well worth a visit, the shop is clean and well presented. And the service I received was well above what I’m used to Gary was a legend an amazing fade and a quick beard trim and I feel like we could be friends, just a shame about his singing, needs a bit of work! But for a cut and a genuine nice guy, I’m impressed, cheers

The barber shop was clean, warm and welcoming. Nice music and just a great atmosphere.
The haircut Luis gave me was brilliant! Actually the best I’ve had in Norwich. The attention to detail was brilliant and I would recommend him to anyone.
