Very happy with the service provided to me as landlord. What you get is an experienced local person with personal investment in the business and providing a good service. (Not someone in a flash car and suit behaving as if they are doing you a favour!)
As someone new to letting, Julie clearly explained all that was needed from me, accessed local tradespeople on my behalf to sort pre-tenant requirements, quickly found and checked a tenant, and sorted any initial teething issues. All at a very reasonable rate, compared to others. Would recommend.

Exceptional and professional service from Julie. She kept us up to date and gave us honest advice from the start. We needed some recommendations from her for local services, decorator, plumbers etc and all were great. We would not hesitate to recommend Julie from a landlord perspective.

We had a need for a flat in Dorchester for a works contract and luckily we came across Julie at The Letting Agent. We found a fantastic property and ended up staying for 2 years. Any issues we had were quickly dealt with. Routine mainatainace and inspections were well communicated and conducted by local professionals.
The hand back of the flat was very smooth, with a fair approach from all sides as to cleaning and wear and tear.
I simply couldn't recommend this business more and would like to once again thank Julie for all of her assistance.
