Alan started working in IT in 1993, gaining his CCIE (the highest level of network certification) in 1997. Currently, there are less than 1000 engineers of this calibre working in the UK, so Alan's skills and knowledge are at the highest level. He has extensive programming skills, is a subject matter expert in wireless communications and knows IT systems inside out.
