I've used the friendly accountants for over 2 years now since I started working self employed. I have always found them to be very competent and accommodating whenever I need their help, I'm probably not the easiest customer they have with me being kind of new to using accounting services. I have needed extra clarification for certain things that I know other clients would probably not need and they have always gone above and beyond expectations to make sure that I fully understand the complex nature of my taxes and accounts. Cannot recommend enough. TFA were extremely helpful when I was applying for my mortgage and needed my company's (reasonably complex) accounts done in a hurry. Richard has also been very patient in explaining various aspects of taxation to me which I'd previously struggled to get to grips with.
