Had heard mixed reviews, so wasn't sure what to expect! But Adelle and her team were fantastic. On the ball with the chain down the line, checking on how things was going regularly. And had answers well before conveyancing had. As much as process took its time, would have been far longer withiur there efforts in getti g sale and process done. Thank You..

Adele has great contacts and brilliant local market knowledge. She sold our property very quickly and managed the process through to completion.
In a very tight timeframe during an incredibly busy day, due to the stamp duty window closing, Adele did an amazing job to pull all parties in the same direction.

Adele did a great job with my house sale, getting multiple offers in a short period of time. The original buyer pulled out unexpectedly but within a day we had a new offer accepted and Adele managed to push the conveyancers to move extremely quickly, getting contracts exchanged within a small number of weeks (helps using their recommended solicitors if you want speed). Adele was always available and helpful throughout the sale and made the whole process as painless as is possible when selling a house!
