An Landlord Safety Certificate/Electrical Installation Condition Report (formerly Periodic Inspection Report) is an electrical test on the condition of the electrical wiring, electrical installations and electrical connections within a property. This report is necessary for every business, residential and landlord/tenanted property in London, the frequency of this report depends on the size, age and and general use of the building.
Operating for over 10 years our electricians understand the importance and value of our customers and our exemplary service reflects our commitment to them. We are here to resolve any emergency electrical issues you have, from overloaded circuits to faulty wiring, in both domestic and commercial properties.
Electrical Fault Finding - When something at home or work suddenly stops working, it may not simply be a case of flicking a tripped fuse. It could therefore be too dangerous to investigate the issue without the correct equipment. The cause could be any number of problems from a burnt out transformer, an overloaded circuit or a cable that has become disconnected.
An electrical installation condition report (EICR), or periodic inspection report as they used to be called, are often referred to by customers as a Landlord Safety Test or Homebuyers Test. Do I need an Electrical Installation Condition Report? The simple answer is yes. Whether it's your home, a business or a property you rent out, your electrical installation should always be covered by an in date Electrical Condition Report.

Sam came first to do a brilliant job on the ECIR test - he spent a full day and went over and above to make sure that he explained everything to me, as well as completing the job and being super meticulous.
He then returned a few weeks later with Simon and did a days work removing and refitting about 50 down lights - a big job! that took all day but they were upbeat and again explained everything they were doing. Highly recommend and very trustworthy.
