They’re fine for basic bookkeeping, but don’t rely on them for anything more. Their terrible tax advice led to me owing HMRC thousands down the line. They are far more interested in lining their own pockets than looking out for their clients. If you are looking for competent unbiased advice, I’m afraid you won’t find it here. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
