I used Susan Eve to sell my mother’s house. It had been a long time since I had last got involved in the housing market. I chose Susan Eve because they were a local family firm. I’m so glad I did. Right from the very start Susan, Carly and Jade were extremely helpful, professional, talked me through the process and gave good advice when I needed it. They achieved a number of offers above the asking price within a couple of days! Initially I had 2 valuations carried out on my late mothers home and the experiences couldn’t have been more different.
The first estate agent (another popular one in the area) attended with what can only be described as a “jack the lad” sales attitude, which was made even worse when he suggested a very low ball valuation on my mothers home. Given the already difficult time for me, I was not impressed at all (I can only assume this tactic is used to increase company sale figures and turnaround times)
Thankfully when Susan came to visit the experience was the polar opposite, I couldn’t

I never had a very high opinion of Estate Agents in the past and felt they just put a few pictures on the net then sat back, but I have to say Susan Eve Agency have been fantastic for the last few months since my house went up for sale and then when it was sold. They were always very polite even when I was often frazzled and kept me updated every step of the way. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone buying or selling. Thanks for all your help.

The time had come to sell my mums home as she was moving back down to Manchester, we were unsure which estate agent to use but did notice Susan Eve was a popular choice in the Cleveleys area, we are so glad we chose them, from the first call, the first meeting through to the final completion has been dealt with honesty, openness and efficiency. They came and valued the house and within 2 days it was on the market and sold the following day. We found them great to deal with and the staff were always friendly and kept us informed at all times. We would highly recommend using them and with no hesitation

The staff are very responsive and communicative. They are also cheerful and kind. We were very impressed. We were the purchasers in this instance, so we don't know what their fees are. But they would definitely be our top choice if we ever decide to sell our home.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Honest and realistic with their valuations - they don't do that trick where they overvalue your home so you will pick them (like others we used before did). Their advice was always spot on, and they actually kept us in the loop - calling us to explain things so we didn't worry. They were very adaptable - we took our house off the market briefly because of Covid, and they waved the early exit fee and said we could go back on the market when we felt comfortable. We are now in our new home and are very happy. I will recommend Susan Eve to anyone who asks. Thanks
