In 2001, I set up Davidsons because I wanted to talk to people, to listen to their aspirations and concerns and to help them to live the life they wanted. I didn't just want to 'sell products' to clients and I wanted to move away from the hard sell and sales focus I'd found in other banking or financial organisations.
