Chat Coffee House & Newsagents
A family run business, serving the NHS since 1994, CHAT aims to care for our customers with the highest level of service possible. We employ approximately 65 people from the greater Belfast area and beyond. At CHAT, we pride ourselves on our coffee. We focused on sourcing the best equipment that produces a great tasting product and training for staff to make it perfectly for our customers.

We enjoy working alongside Specialist Beverages, who support us in delivering great tasting coffee to our customers. The coffee is complimented by our carefully chosen, local tray bakes, hot food and confectionery. We cater for a full range of dietary requirements and aim to provide something different for our customers.

I started working in the Cancer Centre about 6 months ago. I can honestly say that the ladies working in the Chat Coffee Shop make my morning. They work so hard with a large volume of customers and are always super friendly and positive. They really bring joy to employees, patients and family members. The coffee is great and the food is delicious. They have a wonderful variety.

Pleasant little cafe in the cancer centre just off City hospital in Belfast. Friendly staff and clean surrounding with plenty to choose from the menu. Have given 4 stars because I wanted soup the couple of times I was in and they were sold out. Obviously a popular choice.

Staff a bunch of miserable sad sacks. Bought a drink and my sister a sandwich though when we sat down to eat asked us to leave because my sandwich was from a different shop
