Lift and Engineering Services was founded in 1982 in the Black Country, the globally recognised engineering and manufacturing heart of Britain. We operate from our Black Country works in addition to two regional offices giving us operational centres in London, the West and East Midlands.

Do not use them they don’t turn up for jobs leaves residence without lift services for weeks and when you call to find out what’s happening they say there the over flow team and don’t know anything. I have been a prisoner in my own home for almost a week as I rely on the lift and it’s Christmas I can’t even order food shopping because delivery men refuse to carry up stairs. In 2020 in the pandemic I was stuck at home for over 4 months without a lift no shopping battling depression on top on my Illnesses. Stay far away from them

Useless. Absolutely useless. Quick enough to fleece money out of an housing association but doesn't live up to its obligations. What sort of engineering company doesn't have spare parts then makes disabled residents reliant on the only lift wait SIX WEEKS to access the outside world. What sort of engineering company doesn't have ladders and makes disabled residents reliant on the only lift wait SIX WEEKS to access the outside world? What sort of engineering company BLATANTLY lies to residents saying they're coming on a particular day and then fail to show up? Disgusting lazy behaviour

Terrible service.
The most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with.
Constantly lie to tenants (Me) and to the Housing Association giving different answers to different people with regard to repairs.
Total disregard to the pleas of people with mobility issues and happy to leave them with no access to the outside world.
Like to fob people off and not just get on with the job they’re paid to do.
A lift company without spare parts?(3 weeks up to now)
A lift company without ladders? (6 week wait)
Next stop… Local MP.
