The company was set up in 1997 by John Brown, who had been in the Equipment Rental and Self-Storage industry for a large part of his working life. He was a character passionate about being industrious and had many businesses over the years. In 2007 his grandson, Iain Rae, took over Hunts Ltd, which already had an excellent reputation for being a reliable and trustworthy business.
Since then, Iain has expanded the business at a steady pace. He manages the business with his close friends and reliable colleagues, Anthony Philcox and Francis Freeman. Iain is, now, able to work remotely from Cambodia as he uses the company proceeds to support the expansion of Free Education, Environmental Social Enterprise and Community Development.

The storage unit will be charged at a net monthly rate. Hire charges will be paid for on the basis of one month in advance of each monthly hire period. We require a seven-day notice before rental termination. If you pay a month in advance and decide to terminate early, you will be refunded the month minus the final week.
There is a combination lock on the gates allowing around the clock access, every day of the year. Gates and driveways are fifteen feet wide allowing access for oversized four-wheeled, two-axle tail-lift vans & lorries. Grade 1 Units are modern, have freshly-maintained and clean interiors making them particularly suitable for household or office items.
