Took my partner's car in this morning for fitting and alignment - Car straight on the ramp, staff polite and efficient. All done in under half an hour, staff were able to tell me how off the alignment was too and the price was very reasonable. On driving the car, the difference is marked, we're both very impressed. Will be taking both our cars here from now on! Highly recommend.

Quick, friendly service in Dumfries. Needed a mechanic to remove a stone from the back brake disc, was the only garage close by who would look that minute. Other garages were saying in a few days time, in the afternoon or next week. Took all of 10 minutes to fix and the car was driveable again.

Absolute CROOKS! I phoned for 2 tyres for my car and was quoted £65 for Hifly tyres and also another more premium brand which I said I can get that one cheaper elsewhere. I normally put premium brands on my car but I will be selling it in a few months so wasn’t going to go for a very expensive tyre. I didn’t get around to getting the tyres fitted that day so the next day I called again to get them fitted and was told they are now £79 each but I said I was quoted £65 the day before so he said they would do them for £70 and then pretended he couldn’t remember quoting £65 yesterday. Esen Tyre really helped me out saturday 23/1/21, I was delivering a car 300 miles and had a trailer tyre blow out late in the evening, after calling all the local '24hr emergency repairers' not one was willing to help, until I found Esen tyre. Staff member was very friendly, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, replacing not only the damaged tyre but all the trailer tyres as they were almost worn out, he even took apart and regreased a bearing for me at the same time, all for a very reasonable price, getting me back on the road within a few hours allowing me to deliver the car and get home

We were very grateful for the excellent service that we recently received at Esen tyres. We had a puncture and tried another local garage who did not have the appropriate sized tire in stock so pointed us towards Esen tyres. Luckily they keep thousands of tires in stock and were able to replace the tire with minimum inconvenience. The team also noticed that the apparatus that held the spare wheel in place was broken and went to great lengths to fix this as best as they could meaning that we could continue on our holiday.

Had a drinks facility, toilet and some charity sweets for sale in waiting room/office and a vintage ride in children's car which kept the kids entertained.
