I was cold-called by XCL Group today requesting to be my recruitment consultant, I advised them quickly that I was not interested and that it would be a waste of their time as we are not hiring. Despite this, an email was sent to my company without reference to the phone call asking to speak to someone else. This is very unprofessional in my opinion. No means no.

Holiday entitlement does not carry over but thought would just get paid it instead of the days carrying over
lost approx a week wage and it happened to alot of us they knew this was the case but never bothered contacting us before we lost it
Have now changed there email holiday replies to show in big bold letters when holidays run to could have done this earlier and maybe so many of us would not have been caught out
