Amazing highlights and trim with Charlotte! Lovely lady who listened exactly to what I wanted, I didn't feel like I was sat in the salon for hours! It was also great value and I didn't feel like they were trying to rip me off with hidden extras as can be the case with some salons. My boyfriend also very much liked his cut! Will definitely be returning.

To all my curly headed friends out there. Do not come here. Have gone to two hairdressers in this salon and they made it look awful. I hate my hair. I only got half of my money back and need to spend even more to get it fixed, which is so sad because I wanted to grow it out long. I'm really upset and I can't look in the mirror without feeling distressed and crying.

The haircut I got is bad. I understand everyone makes mistakes but here is my feedback to make to improve this service:
1. Make sure you understand exactly what your client wants.
S (my hairdresser) made no attempt to understand what I needed- I clearly said I wanted a small trim on the ends (she cut of 3.5 inches) and to fix the layers. I even showed her a picture of myself with my perfect haircut. She claimed it was a 'long consultation', it was less than a minute. Even if it was 'long' it was insufficient or if not this wouldn't have happened.
She cut the short layer so much it is close to

I had an AMAZING hair cut with Holly. She was an excellent listener and was so careful and patient with me and gave me the style that I asked for and showed pictures of. I hadn't had a cut for a year so my hair was not in a good way at all but I left feeling beaut. She did the shape and my fringe perfectly. She also gave me lots of advice about hair oils and treatments and I just left feeling really looked after. She's the best!

I had a full head of highlights done and the toner never developed properly, leaving my hair a not very nice mix of grey and ginger (I have brown hair, I'm not even going grey). I was told another toner would be mixed for me to pick up and apply myself but never happened! The lady who did my hair was really lovely, but at the end of the day it's about the hair and mine is not looking good, will now have to wait for the ends to grow out before dying it back to brown... I showed a picture but doesn't look anything like it.

Basically I have a friend who swears by Sisu and won't go anywhere else, and I wanted to check it out. Although my appointment was very efficient and quick, I don't think the girl really understood what I had in mind because I wasn't too pleased with the result. This time I only went to get my highlights redone (this was before I dyed my hair brunette) and I asked for a range of warm and honey blondes, with a few touches of light blonde - but when I left the salon I looked like I'd just stepped out from the sun my hair was so light!
