Venture down to our fishface cafe in The Walk, Ipswich IP1 1EA and you will find a hidden gem amongst the hustle and bustle of the town centre. We serve an array of cakes, pastries, lunches, hot drinks and cold drinks as well as deserts and our brand new breakfast menu. We also cater for #glutenfree and #vegans.
Annie Sloan Chalk Paint is matt, water-based and eco-friendly. It will adhere to almost any surface without the need of a primer or sanding down. Truly a 'miracle' paint, it is also great for old lime-plastered walls which need to breathe. Available in over 30 shades ranging from neutrals to Mediterranean brights.
This one day workshop is perfect if you'd like to learn the basic principles of simple upholstery to enable you to tackle similar projects in your own home. Our workshops are a fun and inspiring way to learn and we ask that each student brings their own drop in seat, or dining chair, to transform during the workshop.
This course is aimed at those who wish to restore and revitalize their old furniture and turn it into something unique and individual. The day will involve learning how to use Annie Sloan Chalk Paint and how to achieve three essential painting techniques. After lunch (which will be provided) we will move on to our individual pieces, choosing colours and techniques.
Great weather last Sunday and 156 sellers at Stonham Barns Sunday Car Boot. This Sunday the weather looks good again and we are expecting a great crowd as we have The American Car Show on as well. This is a guaranteed busy day with lots of Custom Car fans added to the already large Car Boot crowd. You will need to be quick to get a covered stall as these go quickly, especially on an event day, as it's a guaranteed spot on the main field.
