Your Osteopath maybe able to help. The hip has very similar mechanics to the shoulder, but scarifies mobility for stability and so it is important to establish why pain is being experienced. Many endure knee pain at some point in a lifetime. This sophisticated joint is much more complex than you may be aware.

As well as flexion and extension, (forwards and backwards) movements there is also a rotational aspect. There are 26 bones in the human foot, 28 if you include two sesamoid bones (bones in a tendon). With this number of individual bones you can imagine their complexity of movement. Although there are many causes for neck pain most require simple intervention to remedy the problem.

In this small section I will not attempt to inform you of all the possible causes of your suffering, instead I will cover a few very common alignments and explain why seeking Osteopathic advise and treatment from could be very what you are looking for.

Fantastic! I could not recommend this clinic enough. Such a professional service, brilliant treatment and invaluable advice.
I am a MS sufferer of 11 years and over the years Roy has enabled me to stop taking medication and has helped me to become more mobile and in less pain. Recently he has resolved a back problem in 2 weeks which I have been suffering with for months. Thank you

Both me and my daughter have been using Roy to treat various sports injuries. My latest call on his services was in relation to a torn bicep muscle. As always his advice and practical approach to rehab has been invaluable. I am back at the gym working around the injury and following Roy’s sound advice. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Roy to other’s

I have seen Roy for a few months now with long term neck problems that never completly settled following a slipped disc in 2014. I had seen a chiropracter which helped a little but never resolved the issue completly. Roy is completly professional, gentle and you don't get crunched the way the chiropracter did (that I used to dread). However my neck is now pain free! It took a few sessions before I started to see real benefits with him getting me to do some gentle daily neck movements and him doing some muscle and ligament work in the sessions to change how my neck moved. Waking up in the mornig

I first visited Roy back in 2017 with a lower back injury. He was kind, patient and was intrinsic to my well-being during a very tricky period. He fixed my back and it was stronger than ever so if anyone I know has a twinge I'm the first to recommend him. I've recently had a few issues after having my first child with bending and lifting so was straight back to Roy to get it sorted. Absolute lifesaver.

I am an 82 year old man who tries his best to keep fit and goes to the gym 4-5 times a week. I've had a number injuries over time i.e. neck, back, wrist and knee. I have been seeing Roy and had treatment which has been successful.
I would confidently recommend Roy to anybody whose looking for treatment. The after care he suggested has helped me immensely to carry on a pretty active life.
He has been that good that both my sons and my daughter have seen him recently and we've all come to the same conclusion that we think he is excellent.

On meeting Roy about 18 months ago it was immediately apparent l’d come to the right place. For years l had suffered lower back pain on lifting, something he himself no doubt has incurred in his sports. This guy has an understanding of how the body and mind are connected be that picking something up off the floor or perhaps difficulty from a specific incident . He knows the body .He knows what specific exercises to recommend he knows and tells you also explaining why such exercises would work ,and why others wouldn’t. Professional throughout and a good bloke to know.

I have come to the end of a very long road. Having suffered with upper and lower back pain for many years following a hard landing that occurred on a flight as a fight attendant. The pain was getting too much while standing and performing my duties and day to day life. I had reached a very low point in my life. I had tried various different practitioners to resolve my issues but none were successful. I can finally feel free from my long term pain thanks to True Alignment Osteopathy.
I thought for many years that I would never get out of my discomfort and daily pain. It wasn’t that the other

After years of working at a desk it was taking its toll and I was suffering from chronic neck and upper back pain. I had started to get pain in my arms which I later learned from Roy at True Alignment that these were linked. I not only found the whole experience to be fascinating and really informative but it got me out of pain which I am so grateful for!
I had not known too much about Osteopathy before visiting the practice but as it was highly recommend I was happy to book in. The process was smooth and open, everything was explained and anything that I wasn't sure of I simply asked and Roy

I've been a regular patient now at True Alignment for a few years. I enjoy strength training and as a result I unfortunately suffer from the odd injury here and there, which Roy helps me through with great professionalism. I also find the odd maintenance type treatment useful and really beneficial. I would definitely recommend the practice to anyone
