Services
All our clients benefit from our specialist plastics knowledge, expertise and commitment as we continue to grow operations on the principle of the best value - lowest cost - plastic supplier available in the UK today in these challenging financial times. By working together, we can deliver cost effectiveness across your range of engineered plastics.
Our CNC team continues to grow due to our committed investment both in experienced and dedicated staff, as well as an array of the latest CNC mills and lathes offering capacity for all CNC machining.
Unlike our CNC routers that manufactured parts solely in plastic, here we machine both plastic and metal as a direct response to customer demand, ensuring our continued push towards the most beneficial "One Stop Shop" solution to all OEMs, service engineers and end users. Our CNC lathes offer high speed machining, with capacity to draw bar up to 100mm dia.

Whilst many of our young trainees look on at CNC machining in awe (perhaps - wrongly -thinking bigger salary and all they do is press buttons!), the start of any engineering career was always manual machines, and in our view is the same today.
Not only does our manual machining play an important part in the completion of many components, allowing us to maximizes the economies of using both CNC and manual machines which customers benefit from in the form of shorter lead-times and the most competitive prices, but also it still represents the very best training pool.

Complementing our manufacturing of flat panel guarding, together with the range of System Plast components that aids the simple design and fabrication of completed guard frames and structures, we also offering large capacity line-bending (thermoforming) of PETG allowing us to create tunnel guards, often seen over conveyors on the lead-in/out to production machinery, and an integral part of overall production line safety.
Whilst Perspex does not have the impact resistance of PETG or polycarbonate, it does have the aesthetic advantage that machined surfaces can be flame-polished to create a mirror like edge finish. Wherever we are asked to use Perspex, we include a flame-polished finish as standard as invariably these parts are highly visual such as roll guides on labelling equipment, and in some instances bespoke parts for exhibition machines.
