My daughter is currently renting a property from these people, I wouldn't recommend. When she moved in she found a cannabis farm in the loft that she reported to South Yorkshire police the day she moved in, when the agency came to remove it she left half of the stuff from loft on front garden. Then they put cooker on back garden from pervious tenants that they still haven't moved and have refused to move, they are living in a house that is filled with black mould and the house is falling apart. I'm currently renting a place from these guys. Avoid them like the plague. We've been living in this place for three weeks now and problems that should have been fixed before we even moved in are still lingering.
The front door doesn't lock properly, the kitchen window is broken, two broken down fridges remain in our front yard from previous tenants, there are no curtain rails installed, the back garden is still a mess and our bin is filled with very heavy duty DIY waste.
It took them two weeks to fix our shower, and find a socket for the washing machine and stove. Plus the cowboy builder they

***Don't do repairs*** allowed me and my 2 children one of which has a disability to remain in a structurally unsafe property ( main support has rotten so badly the house started to sink to one side dragging the staircase down with it - making it like a springboard) and this per the tic excuse of a company, never attempted once to do a single repair ! So after 6 months of waiting for repairs i then Got in touch with the council , who then came out and assessed the property and confirmed the property was in deed a CAT 1 hazard & also served a 6 month LEGAL improvement notice on the property, even
