18 months ago, I was recommend to this company for a garden update. I had new patio, flower bed and artificial grass. I was very happy with the bed and patio but although mostly very good, the artificial grass had had a strip put in that didn't match. I was told this would be fixed so trustingly, I paid him the full sum immediately. However, despite numerous messages from me, he has only sporadically replied saying he had been ill (I am totally sympathetic to this) and that he would fix it when he was well. This is now 18 months and he doesn't respond at all and I will have to escalate this complaint
