RHM is a mid-sized reseller, large enough to be a credible partner but small enough to be agile and responsive. The company was founded in 1992 by two Gloucester based entrepreneurs who saw an opportunity in the newly liberalised telecoms market. They are still the majority shareholders today.

Roger Head, Chairman of RHM was awarded an OBE in the 2016 New Year's Honours list and has been recognised for his charity work as Chairman of Gloucestershire's Children's Charity, Pied Piper.During 2015-16 Roger held the position of High Sheriff of Gloucestershire. In an industry that's seen much consolidation and Venture Capital backed growth, RHM remains privately owned with no borrowings.

RHM can manage, support and bill you for these lines offering great value for money. We can provide new lines or take over your existing services. In addition we can manage your migration to the new alternative known as VOIP (Voice over IP) or SIP Trunks.

We've been using RHM for many years for enterprise grade - leased line internet, SIPPs trunks, IPT office telecommunications and business mobile phones. We've always received excellent service and reliability from them. The acount management from Chris has been first class, with him taking a Pro-active approach to cost savings and improvements for our company. RHM really manage and support all areas of our comms taking a large amount of workload and hassle away from our ICT team.

We moved our business landline and broadband to RHM a couple of years ago and haven't looked back. Very thorough and attentive to our needs and deal very quickly with any issues that arise. We are now gradually moving all our mobile phone contracts to them as they continue to impress.

As a small charity with budget constraints RHM listened to our needs. They ensured we had the right solution for our needs and within our budget. We have a desk based account manager (Nicky) who will always go the extra mile and is on the end of the telephone should we need her. Highly recommended.
