Pearsons Garage have now invested in a new Hydraulic Injector Puller, which has different stages to remove the injector depending on how seized they are.

Shameful treatment and response by this company who like Mose nowadays seek to blame others for their poor communication and working customer relations.
I needed my van jump started in Penarth Marina. Made an over the phone appointment. Called in the next day as asked to do. They knew nothing about it and sounded particularly vague and not quite with it but then said they'd get someone. I called after a half hour wait and they said they'd get someone. After an hour and a half of waiting I left, an afternoon wasted, as I had to cycle in to the vehicle from Canton. They rang me at 3.45pm and I told

I want to share my horrible experience after sending my car for MOT at Pearsons Garage. My car was sent in fine without any damage but as you can see from the pictures it is clearly scratched and damaged. Pearsons Garage refused to take responsibility to this.
I am unable to understand the explanation from Pearsons Garage as they claimed that scratches around the rims and tyre are results from changing the tyre. Intuitively I could only comprehend this as someone recklessly drove my car and scratched the wall!!
