Services
All prices may vary according to coat condition and behaviour and are subject to change at the groomer's discretion. Dematting fee will still be applied if we have to shave a matted dog off due to wear on equipment and extra time spent on the groom. Flea shampoo charge will be applied if we find fleas on your pet at any point during the groom for keeping our salon flea free.

We took our puppy, for her first cut, to get rid of the raggy looking puppy hair. When we arrived to collect our puppy her snout area looked liked it had been shaved to her skin. Nothing else, apart from maybe her bottom area had been touched. Our poor puppy looked awful. We were told, on hand over, that she wouldn't keep still and we would be better to return when she was a few weeks older, which we agreed to do.
However on looking more closely at our puppy, when we arrived home, we realised what a poor effort had been made to cut our pup's coat (she is a cockerpoo approaching 7 months old).
