Absolutely terrible. Houses built on Hampton Green with live gas pipes outside the houses. Very shoddy work. The social housing, meant to be for local Hampton people are not. We have police, riot vans every weekend since they’ve moved in. Loud music every day. Dog poo and rubbish everywhere. I’ve addressed this with Barnie the owner. I found him most obnoxious and supercilious. If you want a quiet, normal life do NOT buy a house from Elegant Homes.

Recently came into contact with this company, and I have to say i was not impressed. The quality of the homes is below the usual standard, some of the designs are very strange, and they have a very odd approach to Building Control, in the fact that instead of having the houses inspected at the proper NHBC regular stages, they just have someone come out once a week/fortnight to see what has been done. The senior management on the site I visited had only been in housebuilding for a month, so the build process was extremely strange and disjointed, As an example, the drainage for the houses is what

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Recently had dealings with Elegant Homes, poor professionalism from the site staff, health and safety was atrocious during my time at their hampton green site. very poor designs and drawings for the houses being built, i would be very wary of buying a home from them.
