Sure they’re lovely if they’re actually there to do the treatment! Arrived for my appointment to a closed shop, when I got hold of them on the phone they claimed they had messaged me an hour before to cancel due to a puncture, but they had got the number wrong. So no message and no nails. They didn’t even offer to rearrange!
