Service was awful, taxi man asked us for directions to get to destination after we had told him we were lost. Then got dropped off at destination where we couldn’t even see the station!! After walking round London at 11pm at night we found out we were no where near the train station we had asked to go to. Driver drove terribly, relied on a poor signal to get us to destination, and even then left a young couple with 2 young kids on the streets!!! Disgusting service! Not even worth the 1 star 😡

I don't know if this is normal or a company political but, what right has a driver to demand you pay for going to an ATM? This morning the driver who has attended wanted to pay more to go to an ATM that was 20 steps from the door of my house. I think you should watch your drivers because they pocket extra money in their faces. Anyway he charged me £12 for 10 or less minutes driving.

I've been using this company for a while, normally they are really good and give a high quality service. Today however the driver got into a debate with me over how much the fare was despite telling me it was £10 originally

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I CANNOT POST A REVIEW WITHOUT GIVING A STAR. IT IS NOT DESERVED. I ORDERED A TAXI FOR MY DISABLED FATHER TO GET TO KINGS CROSS AND WE WERE STILL WAITING FOR IT 20 MINUTES AFTER IT WAS DUE TO ARRIVE. WE HAD TO HAIL A BLACK CAB. IT IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY THAT MY FATHER WILL MAKE IT TO HIS TRAIN ON TIME.TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I AM SO ANGRY.

Same road same destination control center said £5 & Driver Anjan took £7. That's very unprofessional. I have complained to control room but respond was just moderate; didn't sound effective. 1 star
