Where to begin. First attempt at successfully completing my appointment-FAIL. I was escorted to the chair by the staff member who I thought was going to wash my hair, when I questioned her, I was told I had come at the wrong time. I insisted I had not, she very rudely said I had. I had the SMS to prove that indeed I was there on time. I had a good couple of haircuts here. Not bad for shampoo and blow dry. Place is nice and reception is warm. Making appointment for massage or getting your nails done is close to impossible. I was informed that the beauty therapists are not there full-time. I have tried to make an appointment 6 months ago and am still waiting for them to give me a call to tell me that they have found a slot for me. Hmmm....

Rude and standoffish staff who when I popped in to try and book an appointment, did that instant annoying thing of coming over and touching your hair and shaking their head. You're all hairdressers, not mechanics - you're not doing an MOT trying to get more money out me, I know I need a hair cut, that's why I'm here.

Eh WHY do people do this? Holy moly this hurts a lot. You kind of know it is going to be painful, but you have really no idea until this crazy lady starts ripping hairs out your leg. Couple that with the fact you are with a stranger so you can't really express your true emotions would be a mixture of screams and expletives.

Pain and torture aside, the girl was lovely and the price not too bad. If I was going
