Services
Investment casting is an industrial process based on and also called lost-wax casting, one of the oldest known metal-forming techniques. It allows many of today's high-technology waxes, refractory materials and specialist alloys, to be produced with accuracy, repeatability, versatility and integrity in a variety of metals and high-performance alloys.

Precision Tooling Services provides a maintenance and manufacturing service for major aerospace companies and our location within the aerospace park allows us to maximise our ability to work in close conjunction with those customers. The company can also provide similar jig design and precision manufacturing facilities for other aerospace related companies.
Precision Tooling Services provides a high volume machining service for our sister company Anderson Stewart Castings. End use products are exported to USA for build into turbochargers used in the truck industry. Castings are machined through various production cells and controlled to the high quality standards demanded of automotive assembly plants.
