Our design & development team utilise the latest solid works system to evaluate your packaging requirements before incurring any expense. This helps control costs whilst reducing development time and ensuring accuracy at each stage of development.

From the initial concept brief our design team are committed to providing solutions that are both innovative and offer practical cost effective packaging.
From the initial design brief we evaluate and recommend materials that are fit for purpose, consider packaging waste regulations and offer the best cost solution for your finished pack. Computer aided design software enables us to convert your idea into a visual for consideration. Once approved, we can either 3Dprint, CNC or use traditional pattern making to turn the visual into a fully working prototype sample for evaluation.
Our highly trained workforce provide us with the ability to manufacture 24-7, using multiple small and large format inline forming machines. To support the team we have worked tirelessly with our material suppliers to hold a mix of consignment stock and have short lead time availability for specific colours.
All goods are packed into standard size outers that give the best protection to your product whilst ensuring the optimum use of pallet space. Recognising that storage space is of the essence for all of our customers we are happy to either make to order or produce in bulk and have finished stock ready for delivery, as required.
