The cattery is licensed by Royal borough of Kingston upon Thames licence no. AB003 and fully insured. We also board small animals and do local home visits and provide a pickup/dropoff service. We have a small pet supplies shop attached, so we have many foods available for the cattery. We do not buy or sell animals: we believe shop windows and display cages are not where they should be.

Kingston Council Boarding Licence no. We have 24 spacious indoor rooms including doubles and family units. Some rooms have a webcam. The cattery has plenty of natural light, all rooms have heat and light and each room has a shielded sleeping area. We provide all food (except prescription only diets), including premium brands, twice daily toilet change and room cleaning and disinfecting.

My family have been using this cattery for years and highly recommended it. I was worried about my kitten staying in a cattery as we got him during the pandemic and has therefore not met many other people or cats. We had to book him in very last minute and they were so accommodating and I felt very happy leaving our cat here. He was so well looked after and the owners are very kind - you can tell they are cat lovers. Would use this cattery again and highly recommend.

We have boarded our cat with Berrylands Cattery for a number of years. Prior to finding them, we had bad experiences with other catteries and found Berrylands to be of a much better standard - friendly owners, clean and warm rooms for the cats and relaxing classical music playing! Our pretty stressy cat never minded going to stay and always came back calm and relaxed. I'd highly recommend them.

Had a bad experience when Boarded my cat here.
The wrong cage was labelled up with my cats name. Lucky I spotted this as the cats would have been given the wrong dietary and medication details.
Also the food I left wasn't used. My cat was fed different food. My wet pouch food and treats were just left in a bag on top of the cage. The staff said they used their own food.
More effort could be made here.

We have just had our cat with Berrylands for a few days, and once again are very satisfied. We have used Berrylands on numerous occasions over a number of years. The owners appear to have a real love of cats, and our cats have always returned in excellent condition: well-groomed etc. Instructions regarding any medication and foods have always been followed. Berrylands also offer a reliable pick-up and drop-off service which we normally use. All-in-all, highly recommended.

We have been using Berrylands Cattery for many years and have been delighted with experience for our moggy. They are very accommodating and flexible but more importantly they have a real love for cats which makes it less stressful for the cat. We leave our cat there for long periods and it's his home away from home. We can always rely on Paul and Yana and there's never a decision as to where our pretty boy goes when we are away.
