Surveys from Keylocks are definitely NOT the type where they cover themselves just in case something is wrong later. It is very thorough, full of meaning and very well communicated. I was very fortunate to have been recommended John Johnstone and I further recommend him and his team on to everyone else. These are what building surveys should be.
