Fantastic venue, attended The Courteeners gig last night. Only one moan, my wife suffered a soft tissue injury to her face due to some idiot throwing one of the hard plastic beer containers, I know this is out of the venues control but maybe a different type of beer container could be sourced for gig nights? Otherwise had a fantastic evening 👍.

Food was good but the layout does not lend itself well for conferences

Went to a music gig at The Engine Shed last month. Decent venue. Thorough checks were done by security and the sniffer dog before entering the venue. Door staff never asked to see Covid-19 pass though. Security staff escorted out a few folks who were worse for drink. Got free disabled parking on site too.

Went to bongos bingo with a group of friends, covid checks were slow, door staff didn’t seem to have a clue, so they scrapped checking half way through the queue, half a non covid and half a covid venue! Yummy! No bar tariff on the bar? Illegal? Beer and cider taps didn’t match the badges on the fonts, pour carling, get a dark fruits, bar staff slow, didn’t know prices, didn’t know what they could sell, bar staff biting nails then using cups 🤢🤢🤢 supervisors ‘supervising’ and not supporting staff and helping get the queue down. Toilets

I have tried several co-working spaces in Bristol and this a favourite. It's a lovely space to work from and the hosts are so friendly they feel like colleagues and friends - exactly what I was looking for. Recommended!

The Engine Shed is a great place to work from as an entrepreneur in Bristol, I was new to the area and the county as a whole, I was made to feel welcome from day one. The team is great at helping in a polite & friendly manor, I can't wait to get back working there again.

An excellent facility - iconic styling and great for meeting people (including serendipitously) - with super-friendly staff. Oh, and great coffee and perfect location.

This seems like a cool place to meet/ work in a co-working environment. (Also very close to the Temple Meads Station). There are many booths and secluded areas groups and also booths for just one person working, and there was a general vibe of business and lively conversation.
There is a small ‘cafe’ but the coffee is not that of a coffee shop, more like ‘push of a button’ coffee. I didn’t actually notice any food but I’m pretty sure they had some.

It's alright for meetings for max 1h, but not for anything else. The air condition is not working very well when it's over 22 degrees outside. Seats in pods are super uncomfortable.
There is no shop near this place where you can buy food for a lunch. The food and coffee which you can buy are WAY overpriced.

I worked from here a few days and it’s a nice coworking space. However the receptionists didn’t really know much about the members or companies based there. A real shame as you expect front of house to be able to give you basic information about their office.

Nice co-working space. Good vibe and working atmosphere. A bit noisy in the hot desking area, and the cafe inside a bit expensive (for an office cafe, 2.8 for a latte is a bit too much), but colorful, with lots of different areas and you can see a lot of collaboration

A very good night out if you get drunk before you get there. The drinks for a students union are pricey to say the least. There are some great bands that come to play at this venue aswell. recently the ting tings, feeder and tthe hoosiers have played. There is also a comedy night on tuesdays with acts such as russell howard and frankie boyle playing there.
