At Slough Cobras Kickboxing the job is to make you fit and strong, good at kicking and boxing. We offer you a disciple which will allow you to stay focussed and get fit. We train you to achieve strenght menatlly and physically through our classrom training.

You will learn explosive kicking combinations combined with good boxing skills, this will include training in the following key areas: If its weight loss you are after Physical activity is only one factor that determines weight loss, along with a proper diet and adequate sleep/recovery.

Kickboxing combines cardio, resistance, and interval training to make the most of your workout sessions. Rather than breaking up workouts by muscle group, kickboxing works the entire body to ensure fast and extreme results! There's no better feeling in the world than hitting a punching bag after a long day.
Our top goals in designing this class was really making sessions as fun and exciting as possible. We accept all levels in classes and we work with and partner you to a student who will help you through their experience they have gained with us. For your first few lessons, you should wear loose fitting sportswear i.e. t-shirt and tracksuit.
