Used these guys after phoning Home Emergency through my insurer, Direct Line. They sent a boiler engineer out to look at my boiler yesterday at around 12. I needed a new part that had to be ordered in, 13:00 today the engineer was back with the part and I again have hot water and heating :) thanks for being so quick and efficient with my problem! Would definitely recommend for future use!

Our boiler stopped working at probably the worst time. Damand engineer Dan kept us informed to when he would be attending.
