I have consistently found the team to be friendly, polite and professional, often supplying staff with very little notice. In my experience, the staff working for MCL Resourcing have been professional and hard working, some of the night shift nurses in particular often going the extra mile. I worked for MCL during my nurse training. They were fantastic to work for, shifts always available and good rate of pay (better than national minimum wage). Uniform was provided including a tunic and trousers, always paid on time and correct. When I informed MCL I was leaving as I got a job as a staff nurse they were extremely supportive, especially Christine who was very professional and wished me all the best for the future. MCL is a great agency to work for, would highly recommend.
