Sunny Lyn Holiday Park is situated in a beautiful wooded valley in Exmoor National Park with the West Lyn River running alongside. Our Park is located within walking distance of Lynton town centre and Lynmouth centre can be reached by the Victorian funicular cliff railway. Lynton has stunning views across the Bristol Channel and Lynmouth is a picturesque harbour town.
Both Lynton and Lynmouth have numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Sunny Lyn offers a variety of accommodation options from log cabins, apartments, static caravans, touring caravans/motorhomes pitches and camping. Our location is a walkers paradise with The South West Coast Path, Tarka Trail and Coleridge Way all converging in the towns.

The Island lies 10 miles off the coast of North Devon and offers an amazingly diverse range of things to do for day-trippers. Its 4,000 years of human history comes to life through the 42 scheduled monuments and its clutch of listed buildings. Because of its isolation the habitat for wildlife is often compared to that of Galapagos.
North Devon offers some fantastic locations for both climbing and abseiling. We can put you in touch with some great local instructors who will ensure you have an adrenaline filled day. We highly recommend you make a visit to this beautiful former fishing lodge, which is now owned by the National Trust and houses a tea room, which arguably serves the best cream tea in Devon.

What a tranquil place to stay (even though our caravan was... quite old + dog friendly - very cosy - bed extremely comfortable), opposite where we were, were the most beautiful walks, including natural streams (waterfalls) & wonderful views... Where we stayed, was warm and comfortable, not too far a walk from local attractions. Staff were friendly & accommodating. Most definitely recommend!

Beautiful site, situated in a picturesque setting. However unacceptable toilet facilities, flush not powerful enough, had to use shower blocks. We stayed in 2little ducks cabin, oven dirty on arrival we didn't use it throughout our stay. Bottom drawer in double bedroom full of last residents dirty underwear.. honestly. We left it on decking for site to dispose of. Owner needs to be aware not getting cleaned properly. Dog hairs under cushions on settee. Had good time out and about. Scenery amazing but these problems need to be addressed. Thankyou

£30 per night, extra for dogs but no dog walk?
Pitch OK. Dilapidated statics on one side. Tents 2m away!
Entrance is extremely tight off a busy narrow road only accessed from one direction.
Toilets are very old !! showers are a disgrace so small you have change in the entrance corridor to the loos.
Laundry is closed so campers washing their smalls in the loos…….nice.
Campers having to ask us for supplies because the shop is closed as is the cafe.
There’s large yellow tape across the office door when you arrive. So kept waiting outside for an age before they showed us to pitch.

Really picturesque holiday park. Nice and small so it's very quiet apart from the dramatic white water river that runs along the edge of site. Our caravan was really clean and had obviously been well looked after. It was a bit dated (had to light oven and heater with a match) and the TV had a very random selection of channels but it had everything you could need and the double mattress was new and very comfortable.
Staff were friendly and helpful and told us all about the area. There's a quick walk into town that avoids busy roads and direct access to a stunning walking loop that takes you around
