My Name is Cheryl and I am the founder and owner of Cuppa Cake Limited. My dream of opening a cake shop first started as a child, baking biscuits and cakes with my grandma at the weekends. I haven't stopped making cakes since then, and in 2014 I established Cuppa Cake in the kitchen of my terraced house in Burnley, East Lancashire.
In 2016 I had to find premises as I could no longer manage the orders I was receiving. I am now fulfilling my dream on a daily basis and consider myself to be very lucky. Here at Cuppa Cake, we have a fantastic team of staff, who can design and create your dream cake. We have made cakes for many celebrations including weddings, birthdays, christenings, baby showers, corporate events and fundraisers.

Services
Here at Cuppa Cake we are always looking for new ways to get our delicious cake into your hands. All orders must be placed before 2PM for next day collection, check Opening Times for more details. Delivery can also be arranged. Please ring the store to discuss this. Please pay using contactless methods upon arrival or Bank Transfer (call for details) prior to collection using your Surname as reference.
Amazing cakes, very talented. Cheryl has never let us down and provide may cakes for family occasions, birthdays, our wedding, the 2 sons 18th, granddaughter's birthday. Ordered our sons birthday cake from cuppa cake and it absolutely exceeded our expectations not only aesthetically but it tasted amazing too.

Thankyou for the salted caramel and toffee naked cake you made at very short notice last week! It tasted absolutely amazing and not a crumb wasted! I will Absolutely be ordering in future and again thankyou so much for helping out last minute! literally walked in the shop at 11am and had the cake by 4.30. Lovely lady and very helpful 👌

I visited this shop for the first time today. I was drawn in by the wonderful aroma of freshly baked cake. It wasn't my intention to buy anything but I entered with curiosity to have a look. The cakes looked amazing so I bought a piece of bakewell tart/cake. I came home looking forward to tucking in, made a cup of tea and indulged myself in the bakewell tart/cake.......... How disappointing! It didn't taste anything like bakewell! It just tasted like pure sugar and nothing else - totally lacking flavour

The staff are brilliant in here. Always so friendly and smiley. The cakes are fantastic, had a few treats from the counter and had some specially made cupcakes 🥰

It was a great experience ordering a 50th Birthday cake for our daughter at Cuppa Cake. Cheryl was brilliant in helping my wife and i on what we wanted on the cake. The cake looked amazing and tasted just as good.

Excellent customer service from the team when I contacted them from Spain to arrange a surprise delivery for my daughter in Burnley.
Nothing was too much trouble for them and the presentation and the little touches were added bonuses.
Iâm told the cakes were delicious, with much enjoyed yummy centres So itâs a definite recommend for the Cuppa Cake Ltd and I wonât hesitate to use them again.
